- Nanny pay is £15–£20 gross an hour depending on experience, paid through payroll we set up. Our membership is separate, from £50 a month plus VAT for one day a week. For example, 3 afternoons of 4 hours at £16 an hour comes to around £214 a week including membership, plus any employer National Insurance.

- Will our nanny live near us?
- We match carers who live within 30 minutes of your home, so pick-ups in Blackheath Village and Greenwich happen on time. Our team sends a same-day shortlist of 2–3 locally based candidates.
- Can we have a part-time nanny in Blackheath?
- Yes. Most of our Blackheath families book a part-time nanny for 1 to 4 days a week, from a few after-school hours to full days. You only pay for the days you use, and the same nanny comes every week.
- Can the same nanny do the morning school run as well?
- Yes. Our before and after school nannies cover school or nursery drop-off in the morning and pick-up in the afternoon, on a fixed weekly schedule booked term by term. That gives you wrap-around care from one familiar face.
- Where will our nanny take the children to play in Blackheath?
- Our carers are sporty and get children outdoors after school. In Blackheath that could be Blackheath, Greenwich Park and Manor House Gardens, depending on where you live and which clubs your children go to.
- Do you only place after-school nannies in Blackheath?
- No. As a full nanny agency we also place full-time nannies, holiday nannies, emergency cover, ad hoc babysitters, tutors and sports coaches across Blackheath.
- How are your nannies vetted?
- Every carer has an Enhanced DBS check, First Aid, verified references, ID and Right to Work checks, and a face-to-face interview with us before they meet your family.
