How we match you
Our dedicated team sends a same-day shortlist of 2–3 locally based candidates, arranges a trial afternoon before you commit, then checks in weekly for the first month. Your nanny is booked term by term, and if they're ever unwell we source cover from our standby pool.
- Enthusiastic role models who promote healthy habits through sport and active play
- Flexible for families who don't need full-time care but still want consistency
- Enhanced DBS, First Aid, verified references and in-depth interviews
- Lives within 30 minutes of your home, so they're on time
Common questions
- Do you have nannies with SEN experience?
- Yes. We match families with carers who have experience supporting children with special educational needs. Tell us about your child on a free 15-minute call and we'll look for the right fit.
- How much does a nanny with SEN experience cost?
- Nanny pay is £15–£20 gross an hour depending on experience. Specialist carers with SEN experience are usually towards £20. Membership for regular cover is from £50 a month plus VAT.
- What does an afternoon look like?
- Pick-up from school, then a routine planned around your child: sensory play, quiet time or physical movement chosen by the child, a snack, any homework and dinner. The carer keeps to the same order each day so the afternoon feels predictable.
- Can we try a nanny before committing?
- Yes. Every match includes a trial before you commit, so your child can meet the carer and you can see how they get on.
- What happens if our nanny is ill?
- Backup care is included in membership. We'll talk to you first about how best to introduce a different carer for your child.
- How are your nannies vetted?
- Every carer has an Enhanced DBS check, First Aid, verified references, ID and Right to Work checks, and a face-to-face interview with us before they meet your family.
