Entry level covers after-school help, homework supervision and basic childcare. Experienced carers are confident with routines, school runs, meal prep and multiple children. Specialist carers bring SEN experience, coaching qualifications, language skills or complex-family expertise.

The membership fee is a monthly charge for regular placements. It is based on the number of days per week you need and runs from £50 + VAT for one day up to £140 + VAT for six or seven days. There is a four-month minimum sign-up, then it continues rolling monthly.

Every membership tier includes unlimited replacements at no extra placement cost throughout membership, guaranteed backup care if your nanny is sick or unavailable, ongoing placement support, WhatsApp support seven days a week, fully vetted candidates (Enhanced DBS, references, ID and Right to Work checks), and access to holiday care, babysitters, weekend cover and SEN-aware carers.

Ad hoc and emergency bookings are charged per day, not per month. Bookings of one to four hours are £15 + VAT per day; bookings over four hours are £20 + VAT per day. No membership is needed.

Holiday or longer bookings over one week are charged at £150 + VAT per week. This includes full school-holiday blocks, activity-led days out and guaranteed replacement cover for the whole booking.

For regular Monday to Friday roles over 20 hours per week we cannot offer a membership package. Instead we charge a one-time placement fee of 10% + VAT of the nanny's annual gross pay.

Yes. Every membership tier, from one day to six or seven days a week, includes unlimited replacements throughout your membership. If your nanny leaves or the match isn't right, we re-match your family at no extra placement cost. Replacement carers meet the same vetting standards.

No. The membership fee, booking fees and nanny pay are separate and clearly shown. We do not add surprise charges or lock you into long-term terms beyond the initial four-month minimum for regular placements.

Yes. Membership fees are paid to Athlete Mannies & Nannies; the nanny's gross hourly or weekly pay is agreed and paid directly between you and the nanny. We recommend £15–£20 gross per hour depending on experience.
